Animal water bottle filling

Orchid’s Automatic Animal Water Bottle Filling Machine is useful for filling drinking water in the lab animal cage bottles efficiently and accurately with minimum spillage. The machine needs to be connected to the water source with a pressure of 3-5 bar. The machine is supplied with a customized basket for holding the water bottles. The user needs to push the basket over the rollers so that the bottle position is below the dispensing nozzles. The filling platform is fitted with a basket position sensor which triggers when the basket is placed and filling starts as per the filling volume set on the touch screen display. The machine is fitted with two dosing pumps one for disinfectant and a second for adding nutrients/ medicaments to the water during the filling process
