    Materials used :
  • All materials including cages and racks made of high quality Stainless Steel of grade SS 304 with smooth finish except cage floor grill and excreta tray that made of SS 316. All welding of argon arch and spot welding.
    Main Frame and Cage Structure :
  • Cage frame is made of SS 304 16 SWG 25.4 mm round pipes. Sides, rear and top walls of the cages are made of mesh of wire rods of 4 mm dia with each joint duly welded at an equal distance of 30X30 mm (grill mesh).
    Cage Floor Grill :
  • Cage floor grill is made of SS 316 wire rod of 5 mm dia at an equal distance of 30x30 mm (grill mesh) supported with two nos of SS 10 mm rods at equal distance.
    Cage Squeezer System :
  • Cage Squeezer system isOperable from front side. It has Provision for squeeze arrangement with push and pull panel made of SS rod of 10 mm dia, located centrally in conical shape backside with elevation of size 8 x 8 inches at approx. right angle. It is made of SS wire rod of 4 mm dia at equal distance of 30x30 mm (grill mesh).It has Provision for multi lock holes in the push & pull rod or alternate arrangement to stop the squeezer at different points at a distance of 2 inches. The Maximum length of squeezing rod exposed outside cage during static condition has 4 inches.
    Cage Front :
  • Is Made of vertical SS rod of 10 mm dia welded at equal distance of 2 inches at SS frame and with provision of a SS rod panel of size 8x27 inches (WxH) openable vertically with suitable locking system to hold the door at 3 different positions (Bottom, middle &top)& a firm appropriate advanced locking system at the bottom to prevent animals from escape .
    Bottom Excreta Tray :
  • Each cage is provided with individual bottom excreta tray made of SS 20 SWG sheet of at least 1.5-inch depth with centrally located handle having access from front with proper locking system and duly aligned with the cage. Tray is made sturdy with blunt/round edges and firm welding. Tray is inclined backside for collection of urine, which has fitted with nozzle connected with rubber/silicon tubing towards back/rear side for disposal of excreta directly into drainage system. It has additional provision for SS wire mesh of 1 mm dia at equal distance of 2x2 mm enforced with supported boarders fitted/aligned over the excreta tray to separate stool and feed spillage.
    Feed hopper, water supply and card holder :
  • Cagesare provided with adjustable & removable feed hopper suitable for monkey in the front side. It has provision for replaceable automatic supply system of drinking water fitted with nozzle with ball mechanism that can be connect to main supply through flexible durable tubing. It has additional manual SS hanger holding autoclavable 500ml Polysulfone water bottle with SS nozzle with ball mechanism to be affixed in cage walls. It has provision for secured cage card holder groove/slot affixed in each cage at the top corners of both side walls of size 10X10 cm along with white coloured unbreakable fiber plate for animal identification purpose.
    Cage Physical Enrichment/sitting perch :
  • It has provision for comfortable animal sitting perch made of SS 304 plate of 16 SWG fitted along with the cage side/back walls without disturbing the squeezing mechanism.
    Cage Size :
  • Size of each cage: 30 X 26 X 32 inches (DXWXH).
    Floor Space :
  • 4.65 sq ft (4317 sq cm)
